Posting Requirements
The Arizona No Firearms Allowed Poster must be posted in a conspicuous location accessible to the general public and immediately adjacent to the liquor license posted on the licensed premises (Arizona Revised Statutes, § 4-299). If signs are improperly posted or have fallen down, it is legal for a person to possess a firearm on the posted premises.
