Product Description

The Arizona No Firearms Allowed Poster clearly states, in English and Spanish, that no firearms are allowed. The poster also displays an image of a pistol in a crossed red “no” circle and cites the relevant statute of Arizona law.

Arizona law allows the concealed carry of handguns into on-sale liquor-licensed establishments, unless the licensee posts a sign clearly prohibiting the possession of weapons on the premises. The Arizona No Firearms Allowed Poster fulfills all requirements necessary to prohibit the possession of firearms within your bar, restaurant, or other on-sale licensed establishment.

Possessors of handguns are legally allowed to enter a posted premise briefly in order to seek emergency aid or to ascertain whether there is a No Firearms Allowed sign posted.

Posting Requirements

The Arizona No Firearms Allowed Poster must be posted in a conspicuous location accessible to the general public and immediately adjacent to the liquor license posted on the licensed premises (Arizona Revised Statutes, § 4-299). If signs are improperly posted or have fallen down, it is legal for a person to possess a firearm on the posted premises.

CPC’s posters are Poly Vinyl front and back to ensure that they are difficult to deface or destroy.
