The 2025 Missouri Minimum Wage Poster Peel ‘N Post™ adheres to existing Missouri All-On-One™ Labor Law Posters and Mobile Poster Paks™ to ensure required workplace posters are up to date with state law and posting requirements.
On November 5, 2024, Missouri voters approved Proposition A, amending Chapter 290 of the Revised Statutes of Missouri to provide an increase to the state’s minimum wage. The Missouri Minimum Wage poster provides the current minimum wage rate and effective date, as well as information on tipped employees, overtime compensation, exceptions, and employee rights.
Employers engaged in retail or service businesses whose annual gross income is less than $500,000 are not required to pay the state minimum wage rate. Furthermore, the minimum wage law does not apply to public employers, nor does it allow the state’s minimum wage rate to be lower than the federal minimum wage rate.
Posting Requirement
Employers subject to the Missouri Minimum Wage Law are required to prominently display the minimum wage poster in a conspicuous and accessible place in each establishment where employees are employed. (Missouri Revised Statutes § 290.522)
