The 2025 Montana Minimum Wage Poster Peel ‘N Post™ adheres to existing Montana All-On-One™ Labor Law Posters and Mobile Poster Paks™ to ensure required workplace posters are up to date with state law and posting requirements.
The Montana Minimum Wage poster provides the current minimum wage rate and effective date, as well as information on overtime and wage payment protections applicable to all employers subject to Montana Code Annotated 39-3-101 et seq. The Code defines “employer” as any individual, partnership, association, corporation, business trust, legal representative, or organized group of persons acting directly or indirectly in the interest of an employer in relation to an employee but does not include the United States. The poster also states that no tip credit, training wage or meal credit is allowed in the state of Montana.
Approved by Montana voters, Montana Code Annotated 39-3-409 requires the Montana Department of Labor and Industry (DLI) to adjust the Montana minimum wage for inflation using the Consumer Price Index for Urban Consumers (CPI-U).
