All New Jersey employers that are required to maintain and report records regarding wages, benefits, taxes, and other contributions and assessments pursuant to the State wage, benefit, and tax laws must post this poster in a conspicuous location accessible to all employees. (N.J.S.A. 12:2-1.3) This includes all public- and private-sector employers with one or more employees. In addition to displaying the poster in a conspicuous location, employers are required to provide each employee a written copy of the notification.
