Who must post?
Every employer subject to the New Mexico Minimum Wage Act is required to post the current Department of Workforce Solutions Minimum Wage summary in a conspicuous place on or about the premises wherein any person subject to the Minimum Wage Act is employed. (NMSA § 50-4-25)
