The 2025 New York Minimum Wage Poster Peel ‘N Post™ adheres to existing New York All-On-One™ Labor Law Posters and Mobile Poster Paks™ to ensure required workplace posters are up to date with state law and posting requirements.
The 2025 New York Minimum Wage Poster (under the heading Attention Miscellaneous Industry Employees) will reflect the following minimum wage rates:
- $16.50 per hour – in New York City, Long Island, and Westchester County
- $15.50 per hour – in the remainder of New York State
The poster will include information on tips, meals and lodging, overtime, call-in pay, spread of hours, and uniform maintenance.
Posting Requirement
Employers subject to the Minimum Wage Order for Miscellaneous Industries and Occupations are required to conspicuously display the 2025 New York Minimum Wage Poster in their business establishment. (12 NYCRR, Sec. 142-2.8)
