The Tennessee Right To Work Law poster provides an overview of the state right to work law, which establishes that it is unlawful to deny or attempt to deny employment to any person due to their affiliation with, or refusal to affiliate with, a labor union or employee organization.
Under Section 50-1-201 et seq of the Tennessee Annotated Code, an employer may not enter into a contract requiring exclusion from employment for any person due to their affiliation with, or refusal to affiliate with, a labor union or employee organization; nor can any person be excluded from employment due to their payment or or refusal to pay dues, fees, or other charges to a labor union or employee organization.

There is no requirement to post this Tennessee Right To Work Law notice, but private employers may post it in locations where notices are normally posted if they wish to keep employees informed about their rights under the law.
