Consumers and service recipients have the right to make a complain about a Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission licensed business. The Texas Complaint Poster provides consumers and service recipients the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission’s contact information.
Posting Requirements
Any licensed or permitted business location in the state of Texas which sells or serves alcoholic beverages to consumers must display this poster in a prominent place easily seen by the public. (Texas Alcoholic Beverage Code, Sec. 5.53) The poster must be at least 6 inches by 3 1/2 inches, and must be made of sturdy material.
