- refusing to insure or providing different terms or conditions of housing insurance;
- harassing a tenant;
- refusing to renew a lease;
- denying privileges, services or facilities associated with housing; and
- impeding access to a listing service or other real estate services.
Posting Requirements
Real estate brokers, salespeople or operators, and financial institutions are encouraged to post the Wisconsin Fair Housing poster at their establishments. The poster can be displayed where residents and individuals seeking housing opportunities can easily view it.
