Vermont Occupational Safety and Health Administration (VOSHA) has released an updated “Job Safety and Health Protection on the Job” posting. The posting is formatted to look similar to the familiar, full-color federal OSHA Job Safety and Health Protection on the Job posting. The new format is easy for employees and compliance personnel to identify. Also, the addition of a QR code to the poster makes more occupational safety and health information available from smartphones and other devices.
Vermont operates under an OSHA-approved state plan and employers are required to post the state version of the OSHA posting. The Vermont Department of Labor (DOL) recommends employers post the newest version of the VOSHA posting. The Vermont DOL also made a minor correction to the Minimum Wage posting, now dated 3/14, and updated a website address on the Parental and Family Leave posting, now dated 3/14.
Compliance Poster Company has created a Vermont “Job Safety and Health Protection on the Job” Peel ‘N Post™ for the Vermont All-One-One™ Labor Law Poster and Mobile Poster Pak™. In addition, CPC has updated the Vermont All-One-One Labor Law Poster and Vermont Mobile Poster Pak to include all recent changes.
