Three New Mexico communities are increasing their minimum wage rates. Albuquerque, Santa Fe and Bernalillo each tie the minimum wage rate in their jurisdictions to increases in the cost of living from the previous year, as measured by the Consumer Price Index.
Albuquerque

Albuquerque also requires employers to post a notice regarding the minimum wage rate and how that amount is adjusted each year. The City also requires posting administrative rules regarding enforcement of the Albuquerque Minimum Wage Ordinance. The notices must be posted in both English and Spanish.
