What’s changed?
The Minnesota Minimum Wage notice has been revised with the new minimum wage rates, effective January 1, 2020:
  • Large employer minimum wage: $10.00 / hour
  • Small employer minimum wage: $8.15 / hour
  • Training wage and youth wage: $8.15 / hour
  • J-1 Visa wage: $8.15 / hour
Who must post the Minnesota Minimum Wage notice?
Every employer subject to the Minnesota Fair Labor Standards Act must post the Minnesota Minimum Wage notice in a conspicuous and accessible place in or about the premises where a covered employee is employed. (Minnesota Statutes §177.31)
