How did the Minimum Wage posting change?
The Missouri Minimum Wage posting has been revised with the new minimum wage rates effective as of January 1, 2020. The general minimum wage has increased to $9.45 per hour, and the tipped minimum wage has increased to $4.725 per hour. 
 
Employers subject to the Missouri Minimum Wage Law are required to prominently display the minimum wage posting in a conspicuous and accessible place in each establishment where employees are employed. (Missouri Revised Statutes §290.522


How did the Workers’ Compensation posting change?
The Missouri Workers’ Compensation posting has been revised to identify a new step employees must take when injured on the job. An injured employee must provide a written notice within 30 days after the diagnosis of any occupational disease or repetitive trauma. The posting also includes a QR code and a new revision date.
The Workers’ Compensation Law requires all Missouri employers to display the Workers’ Compensation posting in places readily accessible to employees. (Missouri Revised Statutes §287.127)
