Who must post?
All employers covered by Oregon’s labor laws, Oregon Revised Statutes, Title 51, are required to post each summary of law provided by the Bureau of Labor and Industries (BOLI) in a conspicuous and accessible place in or about the premises where the employees of the covered employer are employed.
