2021 Minnesota All-On-OneTM Labor Law Poster
What’s new?
The Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry has released two mandatory posting updates:
  • Minimum Wage – The posting has been revised with the new minimum wage rates, effective January 1, 2021:
  • Large employer minimum wage rate: $10.08 per hour
  • Small employer minimum wage rate: $8.21 per hour
  • Training wage and youth wage rate: $8.21 per hour
  • J-1 Visa wage rate: $8.21 per hour
  • Parental Leave Laws – The posting has been revised to clarify that employees are covered by the Minnesota Parental Leave Law if they work for a company with 21 or more employees at one location.
Who must post?
Every employer subject to the Minnesota Fair Labor Standards Act must post the Minnesota Minimum Wage posting in a conspicuous and accessible place in or about the premises where a covered employee is employed. (Minnesota Statutes § 177.31)
Every employer with 21 or more employees must post the Minnesota Parental Leave Laws posting in a prominent location in the workplace. (Minnesota Statutes § 181.9436)
What do I need to do?
Because there are multiple mandatory posting changes at this time, Peel ‘N PostTM update stickers will not be available to update existing Minnesota products. Customers who pre-ordered a Peel ‘N PostTM update sticker will need to update to a full Minnesota All-On-OneTM Poster or Mobile Poster PakTM to ensure compliance with all posting requirements.
Please contact us at (800) 817-7678 so that we may adjust your order to a full poster replacement.
