Colorado Public Health Rights Poster

Who must post?

  • Every employer subject to the COMPS Order must display the COMPS Order in an area frequented by employees. (7 CCR §1103-1.7)
  • Employers and principals must post the current Colorado Public Health Rights Poster in each establishment, in a conspicuous location frequented by employees. (7 CCR §1103-11.4)
