What’s New?
The Minimum Wage posting has been updated with the minimum wage rate effective January 1, 2023. The minimum wage rate will increase to $13.85 per hour.
Who Must Post?
  • Every employer operating in the state of Arizona, except those exempt from the Fair Wages and Healthy Families Act, is required to post the minimum wage posting in a conspicuous place where employees are employed. (ARS, Sec. 23-364(D)) Businesses are exempt if they gross less than $500,000 in annual revenue.
  • Every employer who has 15 or more employees is required to post the Federal Know Your Rights: Workplace Discrimination is Illegal in a place where it can be seen by employees and applicants. (42 USC 2000e-10)
