Veteran Benefits and Services

The New York All-On-One Poster has been redesigned for the addition of the new Veteran Benefits and Services posting. Pursuant to Assembly Bill 3913, employers are required to display this new posting that provides information on how to access several veteran resources, including mental health and substance abuse assistance, training and workforce services, tax benefits, legal resources and more.

Minimum Wage
The New York Minimum Wage posting has been updated with the new minimum wage rates effective as of December 31, 2022. In New York City, Long Island, and Westchester counties the minimum wage remains $15.00 per hour. In the remainder of the state, the minimum wage is $14.20 per hour.

QR Code

The New York Labor Law, Section 201 was amended to require employers to make mandatory workplace postings available electronically. A QR code has been added to the New York All-On-One Poster to provide employees with digital copies of the mandatory workplace postings.
