What’s New?
The Minimum Wage posting has been updated with the minimum wage rate effective January 1, 2023. The minimum wage rate will increase to $13.85 per hour.
Who Must Post?
Every employer operating in the state of Arizona, except those exempt from the Fair Wages and Healthy Families Act, is required to post the minimum wage posting in a conspicuous place where employees are employed. (ARS, Sec. 23-364(D)) Businesses are exempt if they gross less than $500,000 in annual revenue.
Every employer who has 15 or more employees is required to post the Federal Know Your Rights: Workplace Discrimination is Illegal in a place where it can be seen by employees and applicants. (42 USC 2000e-10)
