Missouri Alcohol Health Warning Poster
The Missouri Alcohol Health Warning Poster provides information on the risks of alcohol consumption and warns patrons not to drink while pregnant.
Under Missouri’s Liquor Control Law, any person who is licensed to sell or serve alcoholic beverages at any establishment must post a warning sign that reads: “WARNING: Drinking alcoholic beverages during pregnancy may cause birth defects.”
Posting Requirement
The Missouri Alcohol Health Warning poster must be displayed in a conspicuous place by covered establishments. (Mo. Rev. Stat. § 311.299) The poster must be at least 11″ x 14″ in size.
