New Jersey Food Allergen Poster
This poster lists the nine major food allergens and reminds customers to inform restaurant staff about any allergies.
Restaurant managers must complete an approved allergen awareness training course and provide proof of completion during a Department of Health or local health board inspection.
Posting Requirement
All New Jersey restaurants must display the Food Allergen Poster where customers may place food or drink orders, including, as appropriate, but not limited to, dining tables, dining counters, drive-through menu boards, and walk-up ordering stations. (N.J. Rev. Stat. § 26:3E-14)
