What’s changed?
The Wisconsin Unemployment Insurance posting has been revised with a new website address for the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development Unemployment Insurance Division. The website has resources for employers and employees, including unemployment insurance forms, helpful FAQ sections and downloadable handbooks. The revision date on the posting has been changed to 09/2019.
Who is required to post?
All employers covered by Wisconsin’s Unemployment Insurance Law are required to display the unemployment insurance posting in a conspicuous place. (Wisconsin Administrative Code, DWD 120.01)
