Who must post?
All Nevada employers are required to post the Labor Commissioner’s annual Minimum Wage and Daily Overtime Bulletins. (N.R.S. 607.100; 608.013) This year, the Nevada Labor Commissioner is taking a strict stance on posting compliance. The Commissioner has recently made the following announcement:
“The recent events related to COVID-19 have generated multiple questions regarding Nevada labor laws and ongoing enforcement. Please be advised that Nevada labor laws are still being enforced by the Nevada Labor Commissioner and will continue to be enforced. Employers MUST continue to follow Nevada labor laws…The Nevada Labor Commissioner does conduct inspections to verify postings.”
Ensure that your workplace postings are in compliance in the event of an inspection. Update your Nevada All-One-One™ Labor Poster or Mobile Poster Pak™ today!
