What changed?
The Your Rights Under Illinois Employment Laws workplace posting has been updated to reflect the minimum wage increase going into effect on January 1, 2021. The minimum wage increases to $11.00 per hour. Tipped employees must be paid at least 60% of the applicable minimum wage rate.
Who must post?
Every employer subject to Illinois Labor Laws must post the Your Rights Under Illinois Employment Laws posting in a conspicuous and accessible place where employees can easily view it. (820 ILCS 105/9, 115/10, 112/40, 205/6)
