What’s new?
The Alaska Minimum Wage posting has been updated with the minimum wage rate effective January 1, 2021. The minimum wage has increased to $10.34 per hour.
Who must post?
All employers with employees covered by the Alaska Wage and Hour Act are required to display the Minimum Wage posting in a conspicuous or accessible place in each establishment where such employees are employed. (A.S. 23.10.105)
What do I need to do?
