Pursuant to 2021 Colorado House Bill 1108, new protected classes have been added to Colorado’s required Anti-Discrimination Law postings:
- Gender Identity
- Gender Expression
Who Must Update?
Employers, employment agencies, and labor organizations must post the 2021 Colorado Law Prohibits Discrimination in Employment in places frequented by employees, members, and applicants. (3 C.C.R. §708-1-20.1).

Places of public accommodation must post the 2021 Colorado Law Prohibits Discrimination in Public Accommodations Poster in places frequented by people seeking services, purchases, facilities, privileges, advantages, or accommodations offered to the general public. (3 C.C.R. §708-1-20.1).
Real estate brokers, home builders, home mortgage lenders, and all other persons who transfer, rent, or finance real estate, must post the 2021 Colorado Law Prohibits Discrimination in Housing Poster in places frequented by prospective buyers, renters, borrowers, and the general public. (3 C.C.R. §708-1-20.2).
