The Montana Minimum Wage posting has been updated with the minimum wage rate effective January 1, 2022. The minimum wage will increase from $8.75 per hour to $9.20 per hour.

The updated Minimum Wage posting covers the minimum wage rate, overtime and wage payment protections applicable to all employers. (Montana Code Annotated, Section 39-3-404)
