- may file an OSHA complaint for retaliation or discrimination for making safety and health complaints.
- may see medical records and records of exposure to toxic or harmful substances or conditions.
- must comply with OSH Act standards that apply to their own actions and conduct on the job.
- can obtain information and assistance from the Iowa Division of Labor, OSH Division, using the updated contact information.

Who must post?
- Every employer must post and keep posted the Job Safety and Health notice in a conspicuous place where notices to employees are customarily posted to inform employees of the protections and obligations provided for in the OSH Act. (IA Admin. Code 875-3.1).
- Every employer must post the official Iowa Minimum Wage Act notice in a conspicuous place where it can be easily seen by employees subject to the Act’s provisions. (IA Admin. Code 875-216.4).
