The 2022 Wage and Hour Laws posting update includes:
- Hawaii Minimum Wage increase:
- Effective through September 30, 2022 – $10.10 per hour
- Effective October 1, 2022 – $12.00 per hour
- Effective January 1, 2024 – $14.00 per hour
- Effective January 1, 2026 – $16.00 per hour
- Effective January 1, 2028 – $18.00 per hour
- Hawaii Family Leave Law expanded to allow eligible employees to use leave time to care for a grandchild with a serious health condition.
Who must post?
All Hawaii employers are required to post and keep posted the Hawaii Wage and Hour Laws notice in conspicuous places of the establishment where they can be seen by employees. (21 H.R.S. § 387-6) |
