- Any massage parlor where an employee has been cited for violating Ala. Code §45-13-41 (licensing, health, and prohibited activity), or any establishment that has been cited for lewdness, assignation or prostitution
- Any airport, bus, or train station
- Any business that provides entertainment commonly called stripteasing or topless entertainment or that has nude or seminude employees
