The Food and Drug Administration’s Food Code contains the Federal recommendations for preventing food borne illness.

• Vending locations.
Section 2-301.12 of the Food Code addresses specific hand hygiene describing how, when, and where to wash and sanitize hands. Section 6-301.14 addresses Hand washing signage requirements. Our poster will provide your employees with the proper hand washing procedures to break the chain of contamination and satisfy these regulatory guidelines.
