Who must post the Indiana Human Trafficking Poster?
Indiana law requires the following establishments to post the Indiana Human Trafficking Poster:
- The holder of a retailer’s permit that provides adult entertainment on the licensed premises, posted in at least two (2) of the following locations on the licensed premises:
- The office of the manager of the licensed premises.
- The locker room used by performers or other employees.
- The break room used by performers or other employees.

- Massage establishments (excluding massage therapy provided at the office of a licensed healthcare practitioner, public lodging establishment, or massage therapist’s residence), displayed in at least two (2) public locations. (IC §24-4-24.4)
- Gas stations primarily engaged in the retail sale of automotive fuels with interior spaces open to the public, provided in public restrooms or in a visible location on the premises. (IC §24-4-24.5)

The Indiana Human Trafficking Poster informs the public of:
- The types human trafficking and situations where individuals are potentially at risk for human trafficking crimes
- The National Human Trafficking Resource Center (NHTRC) Hotline number, website, and email address
- The NHTRC Hotline is:
- Confidential
- Toll-free
- Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
- Can be called to get help, report a tip, find services, and learn about options
- The Hotline has interpreters available
