Who must post the Maryland Human Trafficking Poster?
Maryland law requires the following establishments and facilities to post the National Human Trafficking Resource Center Human Trafficking Poster:
- Lodging establishments must post prominently the human trafficking poster in a location conspicuous to the establishment’s employees. (Bus. Reg. Art. § 15-210)
- Privately owned bus stations, truck stops, and adult entertainment establishments must post the human trafficking poster in each restroom of the facility or establishment, either:
- on the inside of each stall door in the restroom; or
- on the back of the door at the entrance to the restroom.
(Bus. Reg. Art. § 19-103).
