- A fine of up to $1,000
- Up to 1 year in jail, or both a fine and jail time
Posting Requirement
Businesses with a liquor license from the Nebraska Liquor Control Commission must prominently display this warning poster. (Neb. Rev. Stat. § 53-180.04) The poster must be at least 20 inches high and 14 inches wide, with all letters at least one-fourth inch in height.
