Changes to Florida Mandatory Workplace Labor Law Posters

Florida Minimum Wage and Workers’ Compensation Posters Change, Updates Required!

The Florida minimum wage law requires the Agency for Workforce Innovation to calculate an adjusted minimum wage rate each year based on the Consumer Price Index (CPI). Although the Florida minimum wage will remain unchanged at the federal rate of $7.25 per hour for 2011, the mandatory Minimum Wage poster must be updated to reflect the effective dates for 2011, January to December. By law, Florida employers who must pay their employees the Florida minimum wage must post the most up-to-date minimum wage notice in a conspicuous and accessible place in each establishment where the employees work.

Additionally, there are upcoming mandatory changes to Rule Amendment 69L-6.007, the Florida Workers’ Compensation Notice. The purpose of the rule amendment is to update the rule and adopt the revised workers’ compensation notice posters DFS-F4-1548 & DFS-F4-2026, incorporating the Anti-Fraud Reward Program Notice.

Call today to place your order for the updated 2011 Florida All-On-One Labor Law poster and display it in the workplace where employees can easily view it.
