Compliance Poster Company (CPC) is the leading provider of All-On-One labor law posters for Canadian provinces. Each poster order from CPC’s Canadian province poster line comes as a set, with an All-On-One poster and a Companion poster. The poster sets describe codified rights and responsibilities under various labor laws and provide employees with required notices.

CPC’s British Columbia All-On-One™ labor law poster is the most recent provincial All-On-One poster to be updated. It now includes the Family Day statutory holiday, which next falls on February 9, 2015.

  • Qualified employees who are given a day off on a statutory holiday must be paid an average day’s pay.
  • Qualified employees who work on a statutory holiday must be paid time-and-a-half (1½) for the first 12 hours worked and double-time (2x) after 12 hours plus an average day’s pay.

The next statutory holiday, Canada Day, falls on Tuesday July 1.

All B.C. employers should update their British Columbia All-On-One™ labor law poster set to ensure that posted information is current, including additional resources and updated agency contact information. Have questions? Give us a call.
