Indiana Senate Bill 409 went into effect on April 1, 2020, making substantial changes to Indiana’s youth employment law. The new law is now located in Title 22 of the Indiana Code. Changes in the law are reflected on the revised Teen Work Hour Restrictions posting.

Who must post?
Every employer of a minor who is at least 14 years of age and under 18 years of age must post and keep posted the Indiana Teen Work Hour Restrictions posting in a conspicuous place or places where employee notices are customarily posted. (Indiana Code 22-2-18-39)
