What’s changed?
  • The Arizona Minimum Wage posting has been updated with the state minimum wage rate for 2021. Effective January 1, 2021, the general minimum wage will increase from $12.00 to $12.15 per hour.
  • The City of Flagstaff Minimum Wage Poster has been updated with the local minimum wage rate for 2021. Effective January 1, 2021, the general minimum wage rate for workers within the City will increase to $15.00 per hour. The poster has been redesigned with a new color scheme.
Who must post?
  • The Arizona Minimum Wage posting must be conspicuously posted by every employer operating in the state of Arizona, except those exempt from the Fair Wages and Healthy Families Act. Businesses are exempt if they gross less than $500,000 in annual revenue. (Arizona Revised Statutes, Sec. 23-364(D))
  • Employers are required to display the City of Flagstaff Minimum Wage Poster in any workplace or job site where they employ one or more employees who perform, or are expected to perform, 25 hours or more work in the City within a calendar year. (Flagstaff City Code, Sec. 15-01-001-0004(b))
