Time Limit on Filing Discrimination Complaints
The following postings have been updated to reflect that an employee now has 300 days to file a complaint for unlawful discrimination or retaliation based on a protected category (State Gov’t §20-602) or the right to request a reasonable accommodation for a temporary disability due to pregnancy (State Gov’t §20-609):

Who must post?
All Maryland employers must keep posted conspicuously in each place of employment the Commission of Labor and Industry Minimum Wage and Overtime Law summary. (Lab. & Empl. §3-243).
All Maryland employers are required to post in a conspicuous location of the workplace the Maryland Commission on Civil Rights notices concerning the prohibition of discrimination in employment and right to reasonable accommodations for pregnancy at work. (State Gov’t § 20-601 et. seq., § 20-609(g)).
