Reflects pregnancy-related rights and protections established by 2021 Senate Bill 215. The law:
prohibits employers from discriminating against an applicant or employee temporarily disabled due to pregnancy, childbirth or related medical conditions; and
requires employers to provide employees with physical limitations due to pregnancy with reasonable accommodations, including access to facilities, job modifications, and leave.
