What’s new?
The Massachusetts Paid Family and Medical Leave posting has been revised to reflect the following 2022 contribution rates and benefit amounts:
- Employers may deduct payroll contributions of up to 0.344% from a covered individual’s wages or other earnings.
- The maximum weekly benefit individuals can receive is $1,084.31 per week.
All Massachusetts employers must display the Massachusetts Paid Family and Medical Leave notice in a location where it can be easily read. (Massachusetts General Laws, Ch. 175M, Sec. 4(a))
