The Minnesota Minimum Wage posting has been updated with the minimum wage rates effective January 1, 2022:
- Large employer minimum wage rate: $10.33 per hour
- Small employer, training, and youth wage rate: $8.42 per hour
- J-1 Visa wage rate: $8.42 per hour
Who must post?
Every employer subject to the Minnesota Fair Labor Standards Act must post the Minnesota Minimum Wage posting in a conspicuous and accessible place in or about the premises where a covered employee is employed. (Minnesota Statutes, Section 177.31)
What do you need to do?
If you already ordered, then your 2022 Minnesota Minimum Wage Peel ‘N Post is already headed your way! If you haven’t ordered, don’t delay, the new minimum wage rates take effect January 1, 2022. |
