The Arizona Minimum Wage posting has been updated with the state minimum wage rate for 2022. On January 1, 2022, the general minimum wage increased from $12.15 to $12.80 per hour.
Who must post?
The Arizona Minimum Wage posting must be conspicuously posted by every employer operating in the state of Arizona, except those exempt from the Fair Wages and Healthy Families Act. Businesses are exempt if they gross less than $500,000 in annual revenue. (Arizona Revised Statutes, Section 23-364(D))
