| What’s new?
The Delaware Minimum Wage posting has been updated with the following minimum wage rates:
- $10.50 per hour effective 1/1/22
- $11.75 per hour effective 1/1/23
- $13.25 per hour effective 1/1/24
- $15.00 per hour effective 1/1/25
The training/youth minimum wage has been removed from the posting consistent with House Bill 88. Employers must pay youth at least the minimum wage rate.
Every employer must post the Delaware Minimum Wage posting in a conspicuous and accessible place in or about the premises where employees normally pass. (19 DEL. C. § 908)
What else changed?
All Spanish mandatory workplace postings, including the Minimum Wage posting, have been retranslated and include a new posting date. As a result, a full poster update is required for the Spanish All-On-One™ Labor Law Poster and Mobile Poster Pak™. |
