What’s new?
The Missouri Department of Labor and Industrial Relations has revised the Minimum Wage posting with the new minimum wage rates, effective January 1, 2023:
Minimum wage rate for non-tipped workers: $12.00 per hour
Minimum wage rate for tipped workers: $6.00 per hour
Who must post?
Employers subject to the Missouri Minimum Wage Law are required to prominently display the Minimum Wage posting in a conspicuous and accessible place in each establishment. (Missouri Revised Statutes § 290.522)
Every employer who has 15 or more employees is required to post the Federal Know Your Rights: Workplace Discrimination is Illegal in a place where it can be seen by employees and applicants. (42 USC 2000e-10)
