Minimum wage rate increase to $13.00 per hour effective January 1, 2023.
Amendment to One Day Rest in Seven Act:
providing employees 24 consecutive hours of rest within every consecutive seven day period;
adding an additional 20 minute meal period if working a 12 hour shift or longer; and
requiring that employees be afforded reasonable bathroom breaks.

Who must post?
Every employer who is subject to the provisions of law covered on the Your Rights Under Illinois Employment Laws notice is required to post the notice in conspicuous locations of the workplace where notices to employees are customarily posted. (See ILCS Chapter 820)
Every employer who has 15 or more employees is required to post the Federal Know Your Rights: Workplace Discrimination is Illegal posting in a place where it can be seen by employees and job applicants. (42 USC 2000e-10)
