What’s new?
Highlights of the changes include:
- Minimum Wage increases effective July 1, 2025:
- Standard: $15.05 per hour
- Portland Metro Area: $16.30 per hour
- Non urban counties: $14.05 per hour
- Overtime in agricultural work is paid for hours worked over 48 hours in a workweek.
- Information regarding specific leave for legal processes related to foster placement or adoption has been removed from the Oregon Family Leave and is now primarily covered under Paid Leave Oregon.
- Domestic violence protections extend to employees with a minor child or dependent who experience domestic violence, harassment, sexual assault, bias crime, or stalking.
