 Workers’ CompensationThe posting has been revised to clarify that the employer has a preferred medical provider arrangement. A section with the name of the arranged hospital and address is highlighted for employees to easily see.

Every employer in Massachusetts must post the Paid Family and Medical Leave posting in a conspicuous and accessible place in or about the premises where a covered employee is employed. (MGL, Ch. 175M, Sec. 4(a))Every employer in Massachusetts must post the Workers’ Compensation posting in each workplace.
