Willful or repeated violations – $156,259/each violation
Who must post?
Every employer subject to the Alaska Wage and Hour Act is required to post the minimum wage posting in a conspicuous place where employees are employed. (A.S. 23.10.105)
Every employer with one or more employees must post the Alaska Safety and Health Protection on the Job posting in a prominent and accessible location in the workplace. (A.S. 18.60.068)
